hey guys,
after a long and honestly mentally exhausting 2024, i was soooo burnt out for a while. but no matter what, im super glad i never lost the love for this incredible little subgenre of glitchbreak/dnb. it’s wild to me bc it’s by far one of the most welcoming communities i’ve ever been a part of, and i’m super excited to finally announce that my second album, {wishes}, has officially dropped!!
this project is actually the second part of a 3-part series i’m putting together as kinda like... a little audio journal of my own personal growth journey ^_^ i’ll let anyone who cares figure out the details hehe, i think it’s way more fun to leave a bit of mystery. but it should be pretty simple to piece together if you listen closely :3 and if you think you’ve cracked the code, lmk.
getting to this point wasnt easy though—i went through three different album concepts last year, and ngl, i’m not even sure if the other two will honstly ever see the light of day. i even had full artwork done for them haha. but i’ve decided that since i love newgrounds so much (it’s honestly the perfect little niche community), i might start uploading some tracks there that wouldn’t otherwise get released. i figured it’s only right, considering i spent most of last year relatively quiet. it was mostly a year of learning, collaborating, and reflecting. hoping some of that comes through in this project.
